BIO

Guitarist and composer Stelios Kyriakidis had his music featured on BBC Radio and regularly broadcast ever since. His music for guitar is a blend of all his varied influences such as neoclassical, folk and cinematic music. Copenhagen, from the 508 Days album, entered the iTunes United Kingdom Classical Charts at no.34. I’ll Split Mine With You, from the same album, has been included in the compilation CD album ‘Guitar Tenderness’, released in Japan by Inpartmaint records. The Minor7th magazine stated that “Stelios has a delightful way of creating bright, shimmering melodies that you want to hear again”. 

 

Stelios has performed in London venues such as the Green Note, Theatreship and St Bride’s church as well as across the UK and internationally at the Somerset Jazz Festival, Sofar Sounds (Brighton & Bristol), 21st Century Guitar Conference (Indianapolis, USA), Herman Schulz Cafe (Berlin, DE) and Spiti Art Bar (Athens, GR), among others.

 

With three EPs and a full album to date, Stelios has recently released three singles and he is currently working on his next full-length album. Upcoming concerts for the summer of 2025 include the Miele Canto Concert Series in London and the Good Vibrations Society Festival in Ashdown Forest.
